John Denver is a popular singer and songwriter who has been able to touch many through his music. Most of his songs were inspired by Colorado. Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. was raised in Roswell New Mexico. He discovered love for Colorado. The singer-songwriter eventually moved to Aspen. Denver's songs that he sang about his new home state inspired many visitors to Colorado. G. Brown of the Colorado Music Hall of Fame says it is true that John Denver is unlike any other artist who embodies Colorado. Denver is the Hall of Fame's inaugural inductee was recognized with the award in the year 2011. For many, Denver is the Colorado image. People you meet in other nations, for instance New Zealanders, and they ask them "I come from Colorado" And they react with "Oh John Denver. Brown said.
